If you’re traveling overseas or have friends or family coming to the US, we provide short-term health policies to cover these potential exposures. When overseas, many hospitals will not recognize American coverage and will require you to pay the bill up front & then you would have to be reimbursed by your health carrier. With our travel plans, this is not the case. You will have an international number to contact and they will pay the hospital direct.
